IMMUNOVET EQ - IMMUNE BOOST FOR HORSES
Immunovet is an immune booster food supplement for animals containing fermented wheat germ extract produced by a biotechnology process. It has been successfully used by veterinarians, farmers, breeders and zoos since 2003.
Immunovet EQ granulate is a product with no additional flavours that can be mixed with forage for horses, foals and ponies. The product contributes to the maintenance of the good immunobiological status of the animal and helps its nervous system work in a balanced way. It reduces the symptoms of diseases, the consequences of stress, excessive sweating of the animal; thus, the extent of muscle fever. In the long term, it results in shinier hair and faster moulting. It reinforces the gastrointestinal tract in a natural way, protects microvilli and stabilises the intestinal flora.

The Bábolna National Stud Farm has been serving Hungarian horse breeding for more than 200 years, the stud's horses represent world-class breeding value. We asked Dr Daniella Horváth, the veterinarian of the Arabian stud, about how and for how long Immunovet has been used at Bábolna.
"We have been using Immunovet regularly for four years now, also for preventive purposes. They are given to the "yearlings", i.e. the chosen one-, two- and three-year-old foals. Since they are kept together, the chance of transmissible infections is the most common in these age groups.
It also reduced the papillomatosis that occurs in foals after weaning, and the pneumonia caused by rhodococcus that develops around the age of three months. Pregnant and lactating mares should also be given Immunovet due to its high antioxidant content.
I am very happy to recommend it to competing animals, for example in a three-day competition where foreign horses will be locked together. Those animals that receive Immunovet during the competition season have a much lower chance of getting sick during the competition and do not bring the infections home to their barn afterwards.
When someone buys a horse here in Bábolna, we usually tell them how we feed them here and always mention that we also give them this Immunovet, and that we recommend the use of Immunovet in the future."
